Management of time, quality and economy on construction contracts
The Danish Road Directorate needs a new IT solution for managing the time, quality and economy of the work carried out by contractors on behalf of the Danish Road Directorate in connection with the construction, maintenance and operation of the Danish state road network. Prior to a possible tender for a new IT solution, the Danish Road Directorate invites you to this market dialogue in order to identify which IT solutions are available on the market that can meet the Danish Road Directorate's needs described in the dialogue material. The Danish Road Directorate is aware that management of time, quality and economy of construction contracts can be a sub-function in an IT solution that also supports other processes and, if necessary, wishes the suppliers' presentation of the overall IT solution.
The market dialogue is a separate process carried out before a tender. As a potential supplier, it is not a prerequisite that you participate in the market dialogue if you plan to bid on the tender. Participation in the market dialogue does not affect the evaluation in a possible prequalification, or in connection with the tender. This will be a written market dialogue where you, as a potential supplier, answer questions the Danish Road Directorate has asked in the document (Market dialogue, questions to potential suppliers). The written market dialogue may be followed by an oral one.
The purpose of this market dialogue is to start a dialogue with potential suppliers, with the aim that the Danish Road Directorate gets a better insight into what solutions exist in the market for managing time, finances, and quality on construction contracts. The reason is that the Danish Road Directorate's current job management solution needs to be replaced.

2. Answer the questions in the document "Market dialogue, Management of time, finances, and quality of construction contracts. Questions for potential suppliers. Responses must be sent to kens@vd.dk no later than 16.12.2022 at 12.00 noon. The answer must be in Danish. Further documentation may be attached to the answer, provided that it is referenced from a question to the attached annex.
3. The Danish Road Directorate reserves the right to follow up on the written market dialogue by convening selected suppliers for dialogue meetings. If this becomes relevant, it will happen in January/February 2023
