The service of storing vehicles and their parts in a guarded car park 7 days a week. by the Police for preparatory proceedings in the city and county: Bolesławiec, Głogów, Górowski, Kamiennogórski, Lubański, Lwówek, Oleśnica, Polkowice, Świdnica, Środa, Zgorzelec – in order to protect them against damage, destruction, theft and access by third parties.
The Agreement does not apply to the cases specified in Article 50a and Article 130a of the Act of 20 June 1997. Road Traffic Law (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2022, item 988, as amended)
The contracting authority requires that the following are made available at permanent disposal in each of the 11 parts of the procedure:
a minimum of 10 parking spaces for vehicles or parts of vehicles corresponding to a parking position for a vehicle – a passenger car, and
minimum 3 parking spaces for the vehicle – truck,
a room protected against unauthorized access (min. area of 14 m2)...
