The procurement procedure used is: open tendering. It is subject to the provisions of Articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1° and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the French Public Procurement Code. The City of Limoges wishes to conclude a single-contractor framework agreement with a maximum entered into pursuant to Articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6 to 2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code. It will result in the issuance of purchase orders and the conclusion of follow-up contracts. Each lot will be allocated separately. The services are paid for by unit prices
