the purpose of the Framework Agreement is the research, provision of places and associated services for the organization in particular of meetings, seminars, conferences and congresses outside the premises of the Cnam. This is a single-award framework agreement pursuant to article L. 2125-1 1° of the Public Procurement Code. The Framework Agreement is executed by the issuance of purchase orders and subsequent contracts pursuant to articles R. 2162-2 and 3, R. 2162-7 to R. 2162-9 and R. 2162-13 and R.2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code. The Framework Agreement is concluded without a minimum amount and with a maximum amount set at 2,110,300 euros (including VAT) over its total duration of execution, in application of Articles R. 2162-4 of the Public Procurement Code
