European market and offering a cash management system that is simple to implement and adapted to small departments.

Cash with only domestic operations, operating on behalf of several legal entities.

The TMS must be able to communicate with the Belgian banks (payment orders to and banking information of the banks) either via Isabel or via another solution.

HR Rail seeks qualified suppliers or authorized agents operating in the European market and offering a cash management system that is simple to implement and adapted to small treasury departments with only domestic operations, operating on behalf of several entities legal.

TMS should be able to operate independently of other systems.

It should have at least the following functional abilities:

- cash positioning and forecasts,

- reconciliation,

- cash pooling,

- creation of payments,

- investment and debt management,

- internal banking,

- reports.
