The object of this contract is the maintenance of ventilation equipment in parking lots. This is a mixed contract which includes:

- a part at fixed prices for the preventive and corrective maintenance of the installations covered by the contract;

- a framework agreement part with order forms for curative services aimed at corrective interventions that do not fall within the scope of the package.
