This contract concerns the installation and rental of modular units for the 2021 school year on the site of the school Daudet, located 17 rue d'Artois in Faches-Thumesnil. The holder of this contract will be required to install the detailed modular units in the CCTP during weeks 31 and 32 (first two weeks of August 2021). The market includes a firm slice and nine optional slices. The firm section corresponds to the rental of the modular units described in the CCTP from week 31 or at the latest of week 32 (first two weeks of August 2021) until the day before the start of the holiday of All Saints 2021. The other installments are intended to extend the duration of this rental by the summer of 2023 at the latest. The contract includes two additional services, if any, compulsory. The price is firm and flat rate (DPGF). The consultation was conducted in open tender (articles R. 2124-2 and R. 2161-2 to 5 of the Public Order Code). An on-site visit is mandatory.

The contract includes a maintenance obligation during which the holder must ensure urgent and routine repairs related to normal wear and tear of equipment throughout the duration of the rental. The contract includes two mandatory PES. The candidate is obliged to respond. This is an overall flat-rate tariff proposal for PSE 1 to ensure all modular units described in the CCTP (fire, theft, vandalism, third party recourse) and for PSE 2 of the installation and additional rental of air conditioning systems.
