The scope of the service includes:
a) basic order - Preparation of design documentation - construction and executive design along with obtaining a decision on the permit for the implementation of a road investment for the task entitled "Extension of the provincial road No. 483 Brzezie - Chabielice - construction of a road for pedestrians and bicycles from approx. km 34+450 to approx. km 38+350".
b) option - performing author's supervision over the implementation of the task entitled "Extension of the voivodship road No. 483 Brzezie – Chabielice – construction of a pedestrian and bicycle road from approx. km 34+450 to approx. km 38+350".
The contracting authority provides for awarding, within 3 years from the date of award of the basic contract, to the existing contractor of services or works, a contract consisting in the repetition of similar services or construction works, consistent with the subject of the basic contract, up to the amount of: PLN 121,725.00 net.

Executive design of the engineering industry,
Architectural and construction design of the sanitary industry – road drainage,
Technical design of the sanitary industry – road drainage,
Executive design of the sanitary industry – road drainage,
Architectural and construction design of road lighting construction
Technical design of road lighting construction
Detailed design of road lighting construction
Architectural and construction design of the construction of the technological channel
Technical design of the construction of the technological channel
Detailed design of the construction of the technological channel
Architectural and construction project of reconstruction of conflicting networks,
Technical design for the reconstruction of the conflicting networks
Detailed design of the reconstruction of conflicting networks,
Establishing geotechnical foundation conditions,
Inventory of trees and shrubs with felling plan and planting plan,
STWiORB - for each of the industries based on STWiORB ZDW.
A detailed bill of quantities for each industry,
Bidding form in accordance with STWiORB,
Investment estimate,
Traffic organization design for the duration of the works,
Permanent traffic organization project,
Water law report for water services and construction of water devices along with obtaining a water law permit,
Materials for obtaining an opinion on the application for a decision on the permission to implement a road investment,
Materials for the application for a decision on the permission for the implementation of the road investment,
Information on safety and health protection,
Obtaining all other required arrangements and decisions, provisions in accordance with the detailed requirements, including the relevant protocol from the coordination meeting
Preparation of documentation and an application for a permit to derogate from the technical conditions, if the project will contain solutions that do not comply with these provisions.
OPTION – AUTHOR'S SUPERVISION
Pursuant to Article 441(1) of the Public Procurement Law, the contracting authority provides for the right of option.
The order to perform author's supervision will depend on the needs of the Ordering Party. This means that the Ordering Party may resign from all or part of the author's supervision (right of option).
