Description:

Framework agreement for deployment and licensing of one integrated digital scheduling platform via SaaS model

Framework agreement for the provision of a SAAS cloud-based roster environment (planning/scheduling/organizing) for classes and other campus activities at HOGENT.

HOGENT is looking for a party to deliver and implement SAAS software including the following services:

- helping with the design of roster processes, using the saas software provided

- helping with (technical) parameterization in order to implement the desired roster processes in the SAAS software

- making available (license and cloud hosting) via a SAAS cloud-based solution in an environment that meets contemporary standards on information security, privacy (GDPR) and cybersecurity

- compliance with high-quality state-of-the-art SLA (support, maintenance of platform and application – including upgrades and updates; including the correction of the unacceptable shortcomings in the software);

- education, training and documentation for the key-users;

- making available a developer portal with permanently up-to-date information about integration possibilities

- on-demand consultancy of various kinds
