The companies of the Norwegian Metrology and Accreditation Service need to transport measuring equipment and other goods. We have entered into separate agreements for transport related to inspection assignments and initial verification of measuring instruments. Such transport is not a part of the contest. The purpose of this procurement is to enter into a framework agreement with a tenderer for efficient and reliable logistics services for all of our offices for other shipments:

- Transport of small and large domestic consignments

- Access to the booking system for transport assignments - Pick-up agreement for consignments addressed to PO box addresses with delivery to the main office.

We reserve the right to use other companies where necessary due to special needs, lack of capacity, etc.

Maximum value including possible options and expected price increases: NOK 2,100,000 excluding VAT. The need is uncertain. The value may vary, and will depend on, among other things, the contracting authority's needs, activities, budgetary situation and other framework factors.

Lots/groups

Tenders cannot be submitted for parts of the assignment, and alternative tenders are not allowed. The contracting authority considered dividing the assignment but has decided that it is not suitable for this type of procurement.

Framework agreement

The assignment will be regulated by the attached framework agreement with the accompanying standard agreement terms.

When using subcontractors, the Metrology and Accreditation Service will deal with the main contractor. Subcontractors must fulfil the same requirements as the main contractor. The use of subcontractors does not release the main contractor from liability under the contract.

The contracting authority expects that the tenderer studies the contractual terms and makes the required internal clarifications in such a way that a contract can be signed if awarded.
