The client plans to build a new fire equipment house located in the district of Nastätten, corridor 77, parcel 122/11 and optionally the construction of a new fire equipment house located in the Miehlen Hallway 42, parcels 399, 400 and 401

The fire equipment houses are expected to have a gross floor area of 1,283.50 m² or 1,250 m² respectively. There is a room program coordinated with the fire brigade and the ADD, what should become the basis of the planning.

In lot 2 - planning services of technical equipment electrical § 55 HOAI service phases 1-9,

In Lot 3 - Technical Equipment Planning Services HLS § 55 HOAI Service Phases 1-9 and

Lot 4 - Structural Structural Planning Services Section 51 HOAI Service Phases 1-6

In Lot 5 - Fire Brigade Equipment Section 33 HOAI Service Phases 1-9, Section 55 HOAI Service Phases 1-9

The subject of this call for tenders is the planning services of the electrical equipment.

The expected eligible costs for Nastätten are as follows:

KG 440 power systems 210.075 EUR (net)

of which KG 442 self-power supply system (PV system) Optional 84.030 (net)

KG 450 telecommunications and information technology systems 47.897 EUR (net)

The expected eligible costs for miehlen are as follows:

KG 440 power systems 205,873 EUR (net)

of which KG 442 self-power supply system (PV system) Optional 84.030 EUR (net)

KG 450 telecommunications and information technology systems 46.216 EUR (net)

With regard to the service description, the client is based on the HOAI 2021. The contract regulates the details.
