Procurement of minibuses with up to nine (9) seats, including driver's seat, including vehicle service

As a school authority, the district of Darmstadt-Dieburg is responsible for the transport of schoolchildren with physical or mental disabilities. For this purpose, HEAG mobilo intends to award 40 minibuses and an option of up to 15 additional minibuses in order to make them available to the selected operator as additional services. The order also includes a four-year service contract per vehicle which, in addition to maintenance according to the manufacturer's specifications, also includes the renewal or repair of wear parts (except tires) not covered by maintenance. The power consumption is planned for the beginning of November 2023 and cannot be postponed, so a prior, timely vehicle delivery is indispensable.
