The Johannes-Gigas School in Lügde will be completely renovated by the end of 2021. The construction project will be implemented in 6 construction phases while the school is still in operation.

The above-described locksmith work required for the renovation is part of the invitation to tender, with the positions broken down into sections according to the respective funding providers or urban share.

The structure in the course text is used exclusively for cost center accounting. The contract is awarded as a whole.
