1. Expansion of the medical system and implementation of AI solutions - Deployment of new solutions in IT systems and security at the Health Center in Mikołów Sp. z o.o.
2. The subject of the contract has been divided into two parts ("packages") - the terms "part" and "package" are synonymous in this proceeding:

4. The contracting authority reserves the right to annul the procurement procedure based on Article 257 of the Act of September 11, 2019 on Public Procurement Law, if the public funds intended by the contracting authority to finance all or part of the contract are not granted to it.
