The subject of this contract is a comprehensive supply of high-methane natural gas to the Central Wastewater Treatment Plant, Szosa Bydgoska 49, 87-100 Toruń, in the period from 01.01.2023 to 31.12.2023. The expected consumption of natural gas will be 5000 MWh over a period of 12 months, with a minimum purchase level of 2 500.00 MWh, with a contractual capacity of 2524 kWh/h and a conversion factor of 11.26. The indicated consumption is only indicative, serving to compare offers and does not constitute an obligation to purchase gas in the indicated quantity. The supply of natural gas should take place via the distribution network belonging to the Distribution System Operator Polska Spółka Gazownictwa Sp. z o.o. Settlement of liabilities resulting from the sale of natural gas will take place according to the indications of the measurement and settlement system in the monthly system. During the execution of the contract, it is expected – possible – to increase the max. up to 5 % of the projected 5000 MWh

The subject of the contract is a comprehensive supply of high-methane natural gas to the collection point located at 49 Szosa Bydgoska Street in Toruń (87-100 Toruń), i.e. for the Central Sewage Treatment Plant in Toruń in the period from 01.01.2023 to 31.12.2023, with the proviso, however, that the sale (delivery) of high-methane natural gas will start no earlier than after a positive (effectively) procedure for changing the seller.

The scope of the subject of the contract includes the supply of natural gas and transmission services in accordance with applicable law, in particular under the conditions set out in the Energy Law of 10 April 1997 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1385, as amended) together with implementing regulations and in accordance with established quality standards.

Natural gas supplies will be carried out via the distribution network belonging to the Distribution System Operator (hereinafter also referred to as "DSO"), which is: Polska Spółka Gazownictwa Sp. z o.o. Branch in Bydgoszcz. Settlement of liabilities resulting from the sale of natural gas will take place in accordance with the W6A tariff according to the indications of the measurement and settlement system.

7) The Contractor, based on the power of attorney granted, will be obliged to: (1) submit on its own behalf and on behalf of the Ordering Party a comprehensive DSO agreement in order to carry out the procedure of changing the seller in accordance with applicable regulations, (2) represent the Ordering Party before the DSO in the process of changing the seller. The Ordering Party informs that: (1) this is another change of the seller, (2) the currently valid agreement on the comprehensive supply of gas is concluded with PGNiG Obrót Detaliczny Sp. z o.o.

Upon conclusion of the contract, the Contracting Authority shall grant the Contractor a power of attorney to submit the statement required by the DSO on the complete termination of the currently applicable contract.

The condition for the commencement of gas supplies within the indicated deadlines is the effective expiry of the currently applicable contract and the effective implementation of the procedure for changing the seller.

Statements regarding the purpose of the purchased gas, for the purposes of excise duty, will be provided to the Contractor when signing contracts.

The Ordering Party has no contracts (or annexes to contracts) concluded as part of promotional or loyalty campaigns that prevent the conclusion of an order agreement within the dates indicated in this SWZ.

The point of gaseous fuel consumption (exit point) shall be no: 8018590365500019020131.

Qualification of the collection point to the tariff group: BW-6 / W-6A.1_GD.

The forecasted monthly consumption during the term of the contract is illustrated in Appendix No. 1 to the specification of the terms of the contract (SWZ).
