The overall aim of this procurement procedure is to conclude a single framework contract for supplies for the purchase of maximum 20 (twenty) portable devices to measure sulphur content in marine fuels.

Actual order will be placed on EMSA’s initiative after the framework contract for Supplies has entered into force through an order form. The order form will notably specify the number of portable devices (analysers) to be purchased, the delivery date, the location and the contact details of the receiving authority/person. The supplies relating to any order form must be delivered no later than 31 December 2021.
