The subject of the contract includes Repairs of street surfaces in the city of Łódź divided into 5 parts STAGE 2:

Part 1:

Renovation of the surface of Śląska Street and Kilińskiego Street in Łódź, divided into Tasks.

Part 2:

Renovation of the surface of Pryncypalna Street and 3-go Maja Street in Łódź, divided into Tasks.

Hi 3:

Renovation of the surface of Hipoteczna Street, Klonowa Street and Lutomierska Street in Łódź, divided into Tasks.

Part 4:

Renovation of the surface of Inowrocławska Street in Łódź on the section from Żubardzka Street to Wielkopolska Street

Part 5:

Renovation of the surface of Listopadowa Street in Łódź on the section from Czecha Street to the area of property 67.

The subject of the contract should be made in accordance with the Description of the Subject of the Contract, constituting Annex 8a-8e to the SWZ and the provisions of the draft contract contained in Annex 9a-9e to the SWZ.

Part 1:

Renovation of the surface of Śląska Street and Kilińskiego Street in Łódź, divided into Tasks:

Task 1: Renovation of the surface of Śląska Street on the section from Rzgowska Street to the property No. 48

Task 2: Renovation of the surface of Kilińskiego Street on the section from Śląska Street to Broniewskiego Street

The scope of works includes the renovation of sections with a total length of 1,482 m, including: preparatory and demolition works, foundations and surfaces, elements of roads and streets, construction of a concrete apron of the MPK bus stop and other works to the extent consistent with the table of integrated elements, description of the subject of the contract and STWiORB.

Part 2:

Renovation of the surface of Pryncypalna Street and 3-go Maja Street in Łódź, divided into Tasks:

Task 1: Renovation of the surface of Pryncypalna Street on the section from al. Wł. Bartoszewskiego to Modrzewskiego Street

Task 2: Renovation of the surface of Pryncypalna Street on the section from 3-go Maja Street to Al. Wł. Bartoszewskiego and 3-go Maja Street on the section from Pryncypalna Street to Pabianicka Street

The scope of works includes the renovation of sections with a total length of 1,422 m, including: preparatory and demolition works, foundations and surfaces, elements of roads and streets, construction of a concrete apron, MPK bus stop and other works to the extent consistent with the table of integrated elements, description of the subject of the contract and STWiORB.

Part 3:

Renovation of the surface of Hipoteczna Street, Klonowa Street and Lutomierska Street in Łódź, divided into Tasks:

Task 1: Renovation of the surface of Hipoteczna Street on the section from Srebrna Street to Pojezierska Street

Task 2: Renovation of the surface of Klonowa Street on the section from Lutomierska Street to Limanowskiego Street

Task 3: Renovation of the surface of Lutomierska Street on the section from Włókniarzy Avenue to Klonowa Street

The scope of works includes the renovation of sections with a total length of 1,300 m, including: preparatory and demolition works, foundations and surfaces, elements of roads and streets, construction of a concrete apron, MPK bus stop and other works to the extent consistent with the table of integrated elements, description of the subject of the contract and STWiORB.

Part 4:

Renovation of the surface of Inowrocławska Street in Łódź on the section from Żubardzka Street to Wielkopolska Street.

The scope of works includes the renovation of a 370 m long section, including: preparatory and demolition works, foundations and surfaces, road and street elements and other works to the extent consistent with the table of integrated elements, description of the subject of the contract and STWiORB.

Part 5:

Renovation of the surface of Listopadowa Street in Łódź on the section from Czecha Street to the area of property 67.

The scope of works includes the renovation of a section of 215 m length, including: preparatory and demolition works, foundations and surfaces, elements of roads and streets and other works to the extent consistent with the table of integrated elements, description of the subject of the contract and STWiORB.
