Kollektivtransportproduksjon AS (KTP) would like to enter into a contract with a contractor that can carry out the contract works K-51 Avløs base building and substructure contract.

The contract is for the construction of a new operational base at Avløs where a new building shall be constructed including HVAC and sanitary installations and electrical installations. The contract also includes a substructure for the track area and outdoor works.

Expected start of works: 1.10.2013.

Expected completion of works: 1.3.2015.

The estimated extent is approx. 320 000 000 NOK excluding VAT.

There is also an option in the contract for the following:

— Dividing wall between hall 3 and hall 4.

— Extra floor and ceiling trabulants in the workshop hall.

— Surface treatment in the grafitti hall.

— Surface treatment in room K28 stores for the workshop.

— Pressuried air installations; 7.5 bar for tools and 10 bar for brake systems.

— Ventilation installations for the grafitti hall.

The estimated total extent of the options is approx. 15 000 000 NOK excluding VAT.
