1. The subject of the order is:

(a) the collection and development of municipal waste from owners of inhabited and non-inhabited property from the community of Bolesławiec,

(b) the operation of the Municipal Waste Collection Point (PSZOK) and the collection and management of waste delivered to the PSZOK.

A detailed description of the Order Subject (SOPZ) is included in Cb 1 of SWZ.

The object of the contract is the collection and development of municipal waste from owners of real estate inhabited and uninhabited from the territory of the Municipality of Bolesławiec in the following localities: Bolesławice, Bożejowice, Brzeźnik, Dąbrowa Bolesławiecka, Dobra, Chościszowice, Golnice, Krępnica, Kozłów, Kraszowice, Kraśnik Dolny, Kraśnik Górny, Kruszyn, Łaziska, Łaziska, Łąka, Lipany, Mierzwin, Nowa, Nowa Village, Nowe Jaroszowice, Ocice, Otok, Parkosów, Pstrąże, Rakowice, Stara Oleszna, Stare Jaroszowice, Suszki, Trzebień Small, Trzebień, Żeliszów. The subject of the order will be implemented between 01.01.2022r. and 31.12.2022r. For the purposes of submitting a tender, the Contracting Authority estimates the following quantities of contracting waste (Mg):

1) unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste - 3.627,00Mg

2) paper - 128,10Mg,

3) collectively collected plastics, metals and multi-aerial packaging - 339,15Mg,

4) glass - 421,00Mg,

5) biowaste - 1.633,25Mg,

6) hazardous waste - 0,10Mg,

7) expired drugs and chemicals - 0.05Mg,

8) waste ineligible for household medical waste due to intake of medicinal products in the form of injections and monitoring of blood levels, in particular needles and syringes - 0,05Mg,

9) spent batteries and batteries - 0.05Mg,

10) consumed electrical and electronic equipment - 42,00Mg,

11) furniture and other large-sized waste - 427,00Mg,

12) worn tyres - 82,50Mg,

13) construction and demolition waste - 157,50Mg,

14) textiles and clothing - 0.10Mg.
