Oppic, as the project owner or delegated project owner, wishes to be able to ensure the relocation of the Centre National des Arts Plastiques (Cnap) and part of the reserves of the Mobilier National in Pantin with the following insurance policies:

The consultation is subject to an open tender procedure and is subject to the provisions of Articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2, R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-3 and R. 2161-5 of the French Public Procurement Code. It is composed of two lots.

Lot 1 - All Risks for Construction Sites (TRC) and Owner's Civil Liability (Rcmo) - Lot 2 Owner's Civil Liability (Rcmo). Lot 2 CCRD will be launched at a later date. It is not relevant to this consultation.

The total amount of the operation (works + fees) is estimated at €53 million excluding taxes (€63.6 million (including VAT)).

No slice, no imposed variant, free variants are not allowed.
