The aim of the procurement is to ensure that the Agency for Urban Environment has sufficient capacity and competence within construction management services, SHA and outer environment, particularly within building and construction. This will be done by procuring a parallel framework agreement for external construction management competence. The Agency for Urban Environment intends to enter into a framework agreement with maximum 5 tenderers, provided that are a sufficient number of tenderers and tenders.
