The aim is to provide a framework arrangement that covers customers' needs for orchestral instruments and lighting technology. The framework agreement includes, inter alia: Orchestral needs of Pohjankartano High School and Oulu College and related accessories. Acquisitions of the Oulu Symphony are not covered by this agreement. The contracts cover the entire product range of the contract partners. The acquisition is divided into two (2) groups. On the basis of the tenders received, a framework contract will be concluded between the selected tenderers in the invitation to tender as described below. Units may also source from non-contract suppliers in situations where selected contract suppliers are unable to supply the necessary or suitable product or in the case of specialized products.
