The object of this contract is the provision of maintenance, repair, cleaning and tire services for the municipal vehicle fleet of the City of Chiclana de la Frontera, including the supply of materials, the necessary spare parts and the change of tires, in accordance with the contents of the Technical Specifications, signed on July 3, 2023, by the Municipal Industrial Engineer and the Head of the Environment Service. The object of this contract is divided into the following lots: - Lot 1: Comprehensive maintenance, management system and spare parts. - Lot 2: Vehicle washing. - Lot 3: Tire repair and replacement. - Lot 4: Comprehensive maintenance of motorcycles and quads.

Lot 1: Comprehensive maintenance, management system and spare parts. It includes preventive and/or periodic maintenance work on municipal vehicles, as well as the supply and management of the fleet control system in accordance with the established technical conditions and criteria. It also includes the mandatory inspection for the ITV, the supply of parts and spare parts, as well as a tow truck assistance service, if necessary, for any type of incident.

Lot 2: Car wash. It includes the work of interior and/or exterior cleaning on a regular basis, and extraordinary cleaning when appropriate, of all the vehicles of the municipal fleet in accordance with the established conditions and technical criteria

Lot 3: Tire repair and replacement. The scope of these works includes the repair of punctures, the change of tyres including the corresponding valve and the balancing of the same after any task carried out, depending on the kilometres covered and the preventive expiry of the same according to the specifications indicated by the manufacturer, in accordance with the established conditions and technical criteria.

The same tasks described for the comprehensive maintenance of vehicles will be carried out, adapting them to the particularities of motorcycles and quads, in order to prolong their useful life in optimal conditions of use, according to the specifications established by the manufacturers for each make and model.
