The purpose of this framework agreement is to provide whole exome sequencing and / or human whole genome sequencing services for the benefit of the human genetics of infectious diseases laboratory at Inserm U1163.

The consultation procedure is a call for tenders opened in application of articles R. 2161-1 to R. 2161-5 of the public procurement code.

The services to be performed are defined in the market CCTP.

The laboratory wishes to investigate the role of rare variants in the coding region in the next four years in severe viral infections and mainly in COVID-19 by analysis of whole exome sequencing (WES) and / or genome (whole genome sequencing, WGS). On the whole of the framework agreement, it will be a question of carrying out a WES and / or a WGS on several hundred subjects.
