The incubator, the business hotel and the coworking space are tools offered to project leaders, companies in creation or development, coworkers, teleworkers, startups, students... At the service of the economic activity of the Estuary and Sillon territory.

The administrative and financial management, animation as well as the promotion and communication of these tools will be entrusted to an economic operator, subject of this service contract, within the limits specified in the specifications.

the services include: administrative management, prospecting, animation/communication, reception and technical support for young companies in the territory of Estuary and Sillon, the incubator and business hotel located in Saint Etienne de Montluc on the Croix Gaudin site and the coworking space installed at Savenay station
