Consulting services for building physics for the new building of the main office of the Public Library Fürth, Fronmüllerstraße 22, with approx. 3,100 m2 GFA, 3 upper floors, 1 basement floor in two lots:

- Lot 1, Thermal insulation and energy balancing

- Lot 2, Building and room acoustics

Consulting services of building physics according to HOAI Annex 1 (to § 3 paragraph 1) No. 1.2. ff. for thermal insulation and energy balancing, service phases 1 to 8, basic services and among others the following special services:

- Creation of tightness concept, preparation and execution of airtightness measurements according to the differential pressure method (blower door test),

- Creation of thermal bridge calculations/simulations 2-D representation.
