The contract deals with 2 sub-agreements:

- Subsection 1: supply and fitting of kitchen and wardrobe fixtures to the Contracting Authority,

- Subpart 2: supply and installation of bathroom fixtures for the Contracting Authority. Offers can be made both on a part contract or on both part agreements, so offers can only be made for bathroom fixtures if it is only the service that is requested within the framework agreement.

In the event of major replacements on the collective bargaining council, Tenderers will be contacted in turn for preparation of drawings and material description, this work will be performed by the Tenderer at no charge to the Contracting Authority, the material will then be used for the holding of mini-tenders among the Tenderers who are awarded a framework agreement.
