The purpose of the contract is to cover the contracting authority's need for technical consultants for, amongst other things, preliminary engineering design services, preparation of tender documentation, construction management and general advice in the subject area building technical systems.

Consultancy services for the following disciplines are requested:

Part 1. Architectural services — ARK.

Part 2. Landscape architect — LARK.

Part 3. Consulting engineer, electrical engineering (electric power, telecommunication, automation, lifts, etc.) — RIE.

Part 4. Consulting engineer construction engineering — RIB.

Part 5. Consulting engineer fireproofing — RIBr.

Part 6. Consulting engineer, heating, ventilation and sanitation engineering — RIV.

Part 7. Project administration (project management and construction management) — PA.

Tenderers shall be able to provide independent inspections within the disciplines where relevant.

Tenderers can submit a tender for 1/several/all of the parts. Each sub area will be evaluated and awarded separately and must therefore be priced independently of each other.
