Circle wishes to enter into Contract with Service Provider(s) for the Provision of Annual Safety Checking/ Servicing and Responsive Maintenance Repairs of LPG, Oil, Solid Fuel and Gas Fired Domestic Installations.

The Term Programme will comprise of the following:

Statutory Inspections and Comprehensive Annual Servicing, or other cyclical servicing requirements as specified;

Diagnosis of Faults and rectification of these faults;

Day to Day Responsive Repairs and Response to Breakdowns;

Void Property Tasks;

Daytime Emergency Tasks;

Out of Hours Emergency Tasks

Embedded administration officer based at Regional Office;

Quality Control Testing;

Provision of Boiler and/or Appliance Details, Maintenance and Annual Statutory Safety Check Records, Testing and Certification;

All certification associated with the Term Programme to be fully and correctly completed (including service provider QA checks) and provided electronically.

This contract is for the provision of annual safety checking/servicing and responsive maintenance repairs of LPG, Oil, Solid Fuel and gas fired domestic installations, including out of hours emergency services in domestic dwellings managed by the Registered Providers detailed in II.2.3) (1). There are c.22 200 properties in the Central region, not all are in scope of this contract.

This contract is for the provision of annual safety checking/servicing and responsive maintenance repairs of LPG, Oil, Solid Fuel and gas fired domestic installations, including out of hours emergency services in domestic dwellings managed by the Registered Providers detailed in II.2.3. (2). There are c.21 850 properties in the Eastern region but not all are in scope of this contract.
