The State Office for Foreigners Affairs Schleswig-Holstein (LfA) operates a state accommodation (LUK) at Segeberger Str. 106a in 23795 Bad Segeberg. The LUK should normally accommodate 600 residents. Employees for 600 residents must be kept available and calculated.
The self-image and the obligation of the LfA as the sponsor and host of the LUK to a welcome culture and the goal of the integration-oriented distribution of residents with a prospect of staying as well as the support of sustainable return of residents without a prospect of staying must be lived and supported by the contractor conceptually as well as in the implementation. When designing accommodation, advice and care, the special need for protection of children and other vulnerable groups of people must be taken into account and suitable measures implemented. It is expected that the contractor will cooperate with the authorities / companies / associations mentioned in the interests of the residents on a case-by-case and case-by-case basis.
The accommodated persons should be examined at the outset by the ÄD in the Segeberg property in accordance with Section 3 (7) AHaftvollzG SH and then given general medical care.
