The properties to be serviced by this framework are located throughout Wales and are operated by Environment Agency Wales, Countryside Council for Wales and Forestry Commisson Wales, the sites are a mix of administrative offices and depots. This contract is for cleaning services and the provision of equipment and cleaning materials to enable an agreed cleaning service to be carried out.

Approximate number of sites are, 25 for the Environment Agency, 21 sites for Country Side Council for Wales and 14 sites for Forestry Commission Wales. This may be subject to change during the contact as properies may be opened, closed or relocated.

Government Buying Standards for cleaning services and products will apply to this framework, further detail will be provided at tender stage.
