The purpose of the consultation is to conclude a single-level framework agreement that will be executed as and when the issue of purchase orders for the supply and delivery of active telecommunications network equipment. This is a call for tenders subject to the provisions of Articles R. 2124-1 to R. 2124-2, R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162- 6 and R. 2162-13 to R. 2162-14 of the code of the public order. In accordance with articles L. 2113-6 and 7 of the aforementioned code, the consultation is carried out within the framework of a group of orders in which Brest Métropole, coordinator, is mandated to conduct the procurement procedure, sign and notify the contracts for the account of all the members of the group. The representative of the contracting authority of each member of the group will ensure the technical and financial performance of the services concerning him.
