DEVELOPMENT OF PROJECT DOCUMENTATION ALONG WITH AUTHOR'S SUPERVISION AS PART OF THE PROJECT

ENTITLED: "CONSTRUCTION OF THE BASIC INFRASTRUCTURE FOR THE LAUNCH OF THE WROCŁAW METROPOLITAN RAILWAY. IMPROVING THE QUALITY OF CONNECTIONS FROM LEGNICA TO WROCŁAW ON THE SECTION ŚRODA ŚLĄSKA – WROCŁAW"

IMPLEMENTED AS PART OF THE PROGRAMME FOR SUPPLEMENTING LOCAL AND REGIONAL RAILWAY INFRASTRUCTURE – RAIL+ UNTIL 2029

The subject of the Order is:

- in the basic scope (Phase I) development of project documentation

– in the scope of the Right of Option (Phase II) performing author's supervision

The subject of the order is

- in the basic scope (phase I) development of design documentation under the project entitled: "Construction of the basic infrastructure for the launch of the Wrocław Metropolitan Railway. Improvement of the quality of connections from Legnica to Wrocław on the section Środa Śląska – Wrocław" implemented as part of the Programme for Supplementing Local and Regional Railway Infrastructure – Rail+ until 2029 – within 38 months from the date of signing the contract

– in the scope of the Option Right (Phase II), performing author's supervision during the duration and acceptance of construction works – from the day following the date of conclusion by the Contracting Authority of the contract with the Contractor of construction works until the last final acceptance, this time is determined at 21 months

Between Phase I and Phase II, a tender procedure will take place, the expected duration of which is 8 months.

The contracting authority provides for the award of contracts referred to in Article 388(2)(c) of the Public Procurement Law. The scope of contracts and the conditions under which they will be awarded are specified by SWZ (TOM OPZ). A similar contract may be awarded under the single-source procurement procedure, after prior negotiations with the Contractor and will be implemented on the terms set out in the basic agreement, in particular in terms of the terms of the contract, including price, deadline, warranty period/warranty period, and may cover the following areas of industries covered by the basic contract and the right of option (author's supervision):

construction and construction;

bridge;

Road;

Telecommunications;

gas, heating, ventilation and sanitary networks;

rail traffic control;

railway engineering;

electrical and power networks, installations and equipment;

Architectural;

the provision of services in the field of geodesy;

the provision of services in the field of railway traffic engineering and transport organization;

the provision of cost estimation services;

Similar contracts referred to in Article 388(2)(c) of the Public Procurement Law may be awarded in the case of:

imposing a change in the scope of investment by issued administrative decisions,

changes in the applicable law, internal instructions and instructions of the Management Board affecting the further implementation of the project.
