The purpose of this tender is to conclude an agreement with a Contractor. The contract duration of the Agreement is four (4) years. This Agreement may be extended by BAA by four (4) times one (1) year. The total maximum duration of the Agreement may be eight (8) years.

Effective date of the Agreement is foreseen on February 1, 2021.

The purpose of the tender is also to meet the formulated principles such as:

- guaranteeing maintenance to installations in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations,

- the minimum conditions of the installations are reached and maintained,

- the maintenance is carried out without disturbing the primary process and other work processes,

- the TCO is in optimal relation to the requested quality of maintenance,

- the interpretation is given to corporate social responsibility (sustainability).
