1. The subject of the order is the provision of service: Receiving and management of waste

municipal areas with uninhabited areas belonging to the Municipality of Jarosław and organizational units.

2. The subject of the contract includes:

1) Receiving and management (recovery or disposal) of solid waste from utility facilities

public in the territory of the municipality Jarosław, owned by the Municipality of Jarosław (country lights, cultural houses,

schools, cemeteries, sports facilities and bus stops) in a way that ensures achievement

appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for reuse and recovery by other methods and

limitation of the weight of biodegradable waste transferred to storage. From public utilities, any quantity of solid waste exhibited in front of these facilities, i.e. mixed waste; waste collected selectively; 2) delivery to facilities usability of bags

schools, cemeteries, sports facilities and bus stops) in a way that ensures that adequate levels of recycling, re-use and recovery are achieved by other methods, and

limiting the weight of biodegradable waste transferred to storage.

Any quantity of solid waste will be received and developed from public utilities

exhibited in front of these objects, i.e.:

— mixed waste;

— waste collected selectively, i.e. plastics, glass, paper and cardboard;

2) delivery to public facilities (rural lights, culture houses, schools, sports facilities)

1) quantitative summary of containers in public utilities in individual localities

the municipalities of Jarosław;

2) method of receiving and management of municipal waste;

3) frequency of receiving and development of municipal waste,

The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of awarding the contract pursuant to Article 214 (1) point 7 of the Pzp. Act at 20%, i.e. in the case of award, within 3 years from the date of award of the basic contract, the existing service contractor, the contract consisting in Receiving and development municipal waste from uninhabited areas owned by the Municipality of Jarosław and organizational units

public in the territory of the municipality Jarosław, owned by the Municipality of Jarosław (country lights, cultural houses,
