The flooring work (ground floor and upper floor) will be put out to tender as part of the construction of a youth centre for the youth academy of 1. This new building is divided into two construction phases, component 1 as a two-storey building and component 2 as a single-storey building.

Flooring work on the ground floor and upper floor. Both rubber flooring and vinyl planks are to be laid on cement screed. Clean-off zones will be created in the entrance areas. An athletics room is to be covered with artificial turf. The associated services such as skirting boards are also part of the tender.
