The subject of the contract is the lease of four low-floor, single-unit public transport buses, one brand, with a combustion engine, with a length of 11.50 to 12.50 m for Przedsiębiorstwo Komunikacji Metropolitalnej Sp. z o.o. in Świerklaniec not older than (year of production) from 2023, meeting the exhaust gas purity standard of at least Euro VI.

- lease period – 36 months with the possibility of redemption

- initial fee 5% of the net value of the subject of the contract

- monthly rent in equal unchanged installments
