The object of the contract is the upkeep and maintenance of various equipment present in the administrative restaurants managed by AGRAF, namely:
- sanitation equipment (grease traps, collectors, siphons, grids, pits or lifting stations and lifting pumps);
- greasy mist networks (hoods or filtering ceilings, filters whatever their brand and their technical specificity (mesh or shock filters, shutters, lamella deflectors), extractors, ducts).
