The subject of the order is the construction and modernization of road lighting within the Municipality of Ludwin.

Modernization and addition of street lighting, including in particular:

- implementation of the project of modernization of the street lighting system with all required arrangements, including agreement with RE Lublin Teren;

- replacement of 587 existing exploited and inefficient diesel luminaires for modern luminaires with LED light sources to increase energy and economic efficiency and obtain the correct lighting parameters;

- replacement of luminaire power wires and luminaire protections with new ones;

- replacement of the booms together with fixing fixtures;

- modernization of measurement and distribution systems of street lighting;

- replacement of 16 park-lighting poles together with fixtures for new park poles together with fixtures;

- execution of a project for the construction of street lighting in Ludwin Kolonia (2 locations) with all legally required arrangements and permits, including obtaining a building permit or effective notification of works;

- construction of 2 newly designed street lighting circuits in the Ludwin Commune in Ludwin Kolonia (2 locations), earthworks, electrical installation, installation of poles, installation of LED luminaires with control system, construction of cable lines;

- installation and commissioning of the control system of street lighting fixtures;

- disposal of disassembled luminaires, light sources and other disassembled materials;

- carrying out tests and measurements of the completed installation.

The Contracting Authority requires that the products (materials) offered by the Contractor under Part 1 of the contract be characterized by technical and functional parameters not inferior to those indicated in Annex 1.1 and 1.2 (PFU), i.e.:

- the offered luminaires must meet the technical and functional requirements of the Ordering Party specified in Annexes 1.1 and 1.2 point 5.1 and guarantee the values of lighting parameters, at a level not lower than the requirements of PN-EN 13201:2016 – Road lighting (or equivalent);

- The offered control system for upgraded luminaires shall meet the technical and functional requirements set out in Annexes 1.1 and 1.2, point 5.2

- the total power of all modernized luminaires offered for installation within the scope of part 1 of the contract, i.e. the sum of the actual power of all modernized luminaires, may not be greater than 26.64 kW.

2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is provided for part 1 of the contract - Functional and Utility Program - hereinafter PFU - Appendix No. 1.1 and 1.2 to the SWZ and Draft Contract - Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ.

Construction of 80 light points with power supply from renewable energy sources, including in particular:

- construction of 80 pole stations with street lighting and renewable energy sources, i.e. solar and wind power;

- carrying out tests and measurements of the completed installation.

The Ordering Party requires that the products (materials) offered by the Contractor under Part 2 of the contract be characterized by technical and functional parameters not inferior to those indicated in the documentation, i.e.: the offered luminaires must meet the technical and functional requirements of the Ordering Party set out in Annex 1.3 point 5.1 and guarantee the values of lighting parameters, at a level not lower than the requirements of pn-EN 13201:2016 – Road lighting (or equivalent);
