GESOBAU AG is planning to carry out the construction of four new buildings in its residential group WHG 1308 at Tschaikowskistraße 14 in 13156 Berlin with a general planner. The new buildings are to be built as 4-storey buildings with a planned living space of approx. 1,562 m². New residential buildings are to be built, which are characterized in particular by cost-effective and effective construction. The admissibility of the project is based on § 34 BauGB.

The assignment takes place in the following stages:
Level I
- These are the basic assessment services, including all related services and the special services and consulting services.
Stage II
- These are the services for preparing preliminary planning, including all related services and the special services and consulting services.
Stage III
- These are the services for developing a design plan including a modernization concept and cost calculation, including all related services and the special services and consulting services.
Stage IV
- These are the services until the building permit is obtained, if necessary, including all related services and the special services and consulting services.
Level V
These are the services for the development of a limited implementation plan, including all associated services and the special services and consulting services.
Tier VI
These are the services for the preparation of the general contractor award, including all associated services and the special services and consulting services.
Tier VII
These are the services for participation in the contract award, including all associated services and the special services and consulting services.
Tier VIII
These are the services for general contractor property monitoring and documentation, including all associated services and the special services and consulting services.
Tier IX
These are the services of property management, including all associated services and the special services and consulting services.
