A listing of the rooms to be cleaned with the respective surfaces is added in the appendix. In some schools, a mix of own staff and external cleaning service is used. If a room is not included in the list of rooms, the tenderer may assume that it is not to be maintained by them.

The floor plans with the classrooms on are provided to the tenderer for the site visit so that he can already form an overall picture for the site visit.

The assignment consists of 3 items:

1. Annual periodic cleaning of the buildings of the SCOOP school group

2. major annual cleaning of the buildings from heading 1

3. Ad hoc replacements of internal staff and additional assignments on request
