the purpose of this contract is the maintenance of the automatic parks of the D'Azur control room. It includes both corrective and preventive maintenance services. The Account Holder has an obligation of result in the following areas:

- maintaining the safety of installations,

- guarantee maximum availability of equipment.

As such, he will have to submit his offer in full knowledge of the facts according to the documents attached in the annex, the knowledge of the existing installations and the premises. The Holder undertakes to be able to carry out maintenance services on all the assets of the Régie Parcs d'azur, every day of the year

this contract is for purchase orders, awarded according to the formalized procedures of Article R2124-2 of the Public Order Code. The Framework Agreement sets out all contractual stipulations. It is executed as and when purchase orders are issued.the contract is a purchase order market with a minimum and a maximum fixed in value.

Minimum annual amount excluding VAT: 50,000.00 euro (excl. VAT).

Maximum annual amount excluding VAT: 400,000.00 euro (excluding VAT).
