Description:
Delivery of IT equipment for the development of the IT infrastructure of the West Pomeranian University of Technology in Szczecin

The subject of the contract is the delivery of IT equipment (including software) for the purpose of supplementing (expanding) the existing IT infrastructure at the Ordering Party. The subject of the contract is divided into 2 parts (Tasks). Further information as to the description of these parts, including the type of equipment comprising a given part and its quantity, is given in section II.2.4) of the notice (separately for each part), and the information in the indicated scope is provided in full and exhaustive terms of reference. Whenever the following term is used in the announcement, it should be understood: 1) the Public Procurement Law – the Polish Act of 11.09.2019 – the Public Procurement Law, 2) the Terms of Reference – the procurement document referred to in Articles 133 and 134 of the Public Procurement Law with annexes, including the Model Agreement, prepared for the present procedure (and the open tender procedure); 3) Model Agreement – the proposed provisions of the procurement agreement, the content of which, separately for each part, is provided in Appendices 9A and 9B of the Terms of Use

Delivery of blade servers and FC switches

1. The subject of the order in part no. 1 (Task no. 1) is the delivery of brand new and free from legal and physical defects blade servers (2 pieces) and FC switches (2 pieces) – together with their equipment, including software (hereinafter referred to as the "Equipment from Task No. 1") – intended for their installation in the Dell MX7000 enclosure owned by the Ordering Party. A description of the minimum technical requirements and other characteristics of the Equipment from Task No. 1 is provided in the Terms of Reference.

2. The scope of delivery being the subject of the contract from part 1 (Task No. 1) includes a minimum of:

1) Sale and delivery to the Ordering Party of the offered Equipment from Task No. 1 in the place indicated in section II.2.3) of the announcement (hereinafter referred to as the "Place of Delivery of the Equipment"). This place is specified in detail in the SWZ;

2) Granting the Ordering Party a warranty for the offered Task Equipment

No. 1 (details in this regard, including the minimum required warranty period);

3) Providing the Contracting Authority with appropriate licenses entitling the Contracting Authority

for the lawful use of computer programs (software) offered under Task No. 1, required in the SWZ and possible other computer programs that – as components or affiliations

– are necessary for the use of the Equipment in Task No. 1 on the part of the Ordering Party

or will be offered in Task No. 1, in accordance with the requirements in this respect given in the Terms of Reference;

4) Issuance to the Ordering Party of the relevant documentation of the Equipment from Task No. 1, as required at the stage of acceptance of the Equipment from Task No. 1 (the type and required documents of the minimum creeping on the documentation as specified above in the Terms of Reference).

3. The scope shall also include the following ancillary benefits requiring the performance of the

after handing over to the Ordering Party the Equipment from Task No. 1, such as removing defects and performing

other services for the Contracting Authority in connection with the guarantee granted for the offered

and delivered Equipment in the Task (service), the minimum conditions of which are specified in the Terms of Use (Appendix 2A of the Terms of Use and Model Contract for Task No. 1)

4. In a full and detailed manner, the services constituting the scope of delivery indicated in paragraphs 2 and 3 above, which is the subject of the contract from Task No. 1, as well as other conditions for its implementation - contain the provisions of the SWZ, including in particular the Model Contract for Task No. 1.

Disk Array Delivery

1. The subject of the order in part no. 2 (Task no. 2) is the delivery of a brand new disk array free from legal and physical defects together with its equipment, including software (hereinafter referred to as the "Hardware from Task No. 2"). A description of the minimum technical requirements and other types of properties of the Equipment from Task No. 2 is provided in the Terms of Reference.

2. The scope of delivery being the subject of the contract from part 2 (Task No. 2) includes a minimum of:

1) Sale and delivery to the Ordering Party of the offered Equipment from Task No. 2 in the place indicated in section II.2.3) of the advertisement (hereinafter referred to as the "Place of Delivery of the Equipment"). This place is specified in detail in the SWZ;

2) Granting the Ordering Party a warranty for the offered Task Equipment

No. 2 (details in this regard, including the minimum required warranty period);

3) Providing the Contracting Authority with appropriate licenses entitling the Contracting Authority

to lawfully use the computer programs (software) offered under Task No. 2 required in the SWZ and any other computer programs which, as components or affiliations,

– are necessary for the use of the Equipment in Task No. 2 on the part of the Ordering Party

or will be offered in Task No. 2, in accordance with the requirements in this respect given in the Terms of Reference;

4) Issuance to the Ordering Party of the relevant documentation of the Equipment from Task No. 2, as required at the stage of acceptance of the Equipment from Task No. 2 (the type and required documents of the minimum creeping on the documentation as specified above in the Terms of Reference).

3. The scope shall also include the following ancillary benefits requiring the performance of the
