- approx. 990 m² of asphalt construction work, partly including base courses and edgings,

- approx. 380 m² water-bound ceiling including base layers and surrounds,

- Installation of precast concrete elements as pavement surrounds and surfaces, seating steps and as a viewing platform,

- Installation of various equipment elements (benches, bollards, etc.),

- planting of about 12 large trees,

- Planting of approx. 55 m² cut hedges, approx. 45 m² ground cover and approx. 60 m² perennial areas,

- Production of approx. 610 m² of lawns and meadows,

- Fertigstellungspflege.
