A framework agreement shall be awarded to all qualified and recognised tenderers. The framework contract is valid from 01.04.2023 to 31.03.2025 or until the estimated value of the procurement is fulfilled. The first contract shall be awarded to the tenderer with the lowest value at the time of conclusion of the framework agreement for a period of six months. The following goose contracts will be valid for 6 months, which will be concluded following a mini-competition organized between the parties to the framework contract.
