The subject of this invitation to tender are services for the procurement of materials and logistics services for the district hospitals Darmstadt-Dieburg (consisting of the companies a) Eigenbetrieb Darmstadt-Dieburg and b) Dienstleistungsgesellschaft mbH des Landkreises Darmstadt-Dieburg, hereinafter all together referred to as "Client") for the following companies and locations of the Client:

• District hospitals Darmstadt-Dieburg location Groß-Umstadt

• District hospitals Darmstadt-Dieburg Location Seeheim-Jugenheim

• Day Clinic Dieburg

• optionally according to the instructions of the client: MVZ with the locations Groß-Umstadt and Seeheim-Jugenheim

This includes in particular the following services:

• Provision of e-procurement software, scanner software, controlling software, electronic provision of the required detailed order and delivery data

• Execution of operational purchasing and storage in accordance with the statutory provisions (in particular MedProdVO and Dangerous Goods VO)

• Execution of logistics including decentralized delivery in the hospitals Groß-Umstadt and Seeheim-Jugenheim for the articles ordered from the contractor.
