The implementation of the Doujani ZAC project carried out by EPFAM as the contracting authority is closely correlated with the taking into account of anthropogenic pressure exerted along the Mro Wa Doujani river and on the slopes of the hill. Pockets of substandard housing are concentrated over a large part of the developable area. Almost 600 bangas occupy the site. One of the main challenges of the urban project is to define the rehousing conditions before being able to start the demolition operations, a necessary prerequisite for the deployment of the development works. The incumbent must support EPFAM in the implementation of the rehousing plan inherent in the ZAC project. This will involve surveying the households present, designing and implementing a rehousing plan, and supporting the displaced persons in a logic of positive residential path. He will also lead general and classic follow-up-animation missions.
