Supervision of the design and implementation of the Works and management of the Contract under: “Design and execution of construction works for the section of the expressway S 74 Breakthrough/Mniów — Kielce (S7 junction Kielce Zachód)

The service includes fulfilling the Consultant's obligations in accordance with the contract, based on GTC and SWK, in particular:

- supervision of the design, verification of the design documentation, its completeness, reciprocal compliance, verification of the results of conducting control calculations in order to find possible errors,

- management, fulfilment of investor supervision and control over the implementation of works until the date of issue of the Final Payment Certificate,

- carrying out information and promotion activities related to the implementation of the project and cooperation in this respect with the GDDKiA services,

- fulfillment of reporting obligations arising from EU procedures

And cooperation in this regard with the services of GDDKiA,

- fulfillment of the obligations arising from the procedures contained in the existing EU-co-financed investment requirements/guidelines and the procedures of the beneficiary of the Projects for the POIA,

- providing an investor supervision service for the implementation of construction works and participation in the Guarantee Reviews and supervising the removal of any faults/defects identified in the warranty reviews within the framework of the concluded Contract,

- carrying out tasks taking into account the requirements and guidelines of the Infrastructure and Environment Operational Programme,

- supporting the Ordering Party as a loyal and conscientious advisor in all activities related to the implementation of the Project,

- supervision of project work and robots in the field of additional tasks necessary for the implementation of the Project resulting during the implementation of the Contract - awarded under the Law of Public Procurement,

- constant monitoring, handling and settling of matters relating to the proper execution by individual Contractors, documents of the Contractor and works at the junction of adjacent Contracts and close cooperation with the Consultant Teams overseeing neighbouring investments - in as a result of which the Consultant will be obliged to work out the rules and method of proper execution of the Contractor's documents and construction works. If necessary, the Consultant leading the case of coordination at the junction of Projects will appoint the Contracting Authority.

The value of the order is above €139,000.
