1. The subject of the contract is services consisting of the collection and management of waste in the Szydłowo Municipality.
2. The item of the order was divided into two parts:
1) Performing a service to receive and use municipal waste from residents of the Municipality of Szydłowo from inhabited properties.
2) The implementation of the service of the collection and development of municipal waste from uninhabited property in the Szydłowo Municipality.

The amount of municipal waste to be collected from residents during the period from 01.01.2022 to 31.12.2023 was determined according to estimates per year by:

The amount of waste may change as required, however, the value of services carried out under this proceeding shall not exceed the amount specified in the contract concluded by the proceeding.
The implementation of the service of the collection and development of municipal waste from uninhabited properties in the Szydłowo Municipality.The subject of the contract is the provision of services consisting of the collection and management of solid municipal waste, selectively waste and biodegradable waste collected from uninhabited properties owned by the Municipality of Szydłowo. In addition to this, the subject of the contract is the substitution of 6m3 containers for non-biodegradable other waste in eight municipal cemeteries belonging to the Municipality of Szydłowo and their development between 15.10.2022 and 10.11.2022 and 15.10.2023 to 10.11.2023.
The amount of municipal waste to be collected during the period from 01.01.2022 to 31.12.2023 was determined according to estimates (the quantity is reported on a scale of 1 year).
