For our nurseries we are looking for a supplier of prepared meals for children from 0 to 3 years.

We wish to enter into a framework agreement for a period of 4 years, starting from the award of this contract.

Content of the assignment:

- Meals are delivered cold and must be heated on site, in the nursery.

- The tenderer also gives the possibility to rent/lease equipment to store and heat up the meals correctly (fridges, warming up appliances) and makes time to explain the operation of the appliances on location.

- The meals can be ordered online by our coordinators via a platform with a login, and this 1x/month.

- The tenderer can deliver the meals to different locations in Flanders and Brussels. In total, at the start of the window agreement, it is about 14 locations. This number may change in the course of the framework agreement.
